Job Description Designs, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Rockwell Automation's hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.

State head would be responsible for min 1 GW of assets for designated state State head would work closely with WIND Business head. - Must be a strong technical acumen & have good exposure on multi technology wind farms with min 18 - 25 years' experience. - Drive the performance of assets while improving MA and GA with primary focus on zeroing opportunity losses. - Regular Coordination with concerned staff for routine O&M activities and other works at clusters/plants. - Coordination with all the Dept./ wings at H.O., (interfacing with plants, organizing details. - Preparing, Processing, and monitoring the monthly budgets and coordinating for funds. - Accountable for effective monitoring of Operation & Maintenance of Wind Plants. - Develop the annual operating plan for the zone and responsible for-profit centre constantly to improve. - Accountable for achieving the Integrated Management System Objectives and Targets. - Reporting on the performance of the Integrated Management System to SBU Head Wind - O&M In-charge, Management Representative and Chief Information Security Officer, - Root Cause Analysis/ investigation of failures, corrective measures. Position Qualifications: - Should be a Masters/Graduate holder in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with min 18 - 25 years of experience in wind industry. - Core competencies on WTG & BOP operations & maintenance. - Good understanding of wind plant operation and contractual arrangements. - Experience in managing portfolios of wind farm assets, developing productive partnerships, and staying attuned to industry trends and developments. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Keen multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills; attention to detail. - Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team. - Willingness to extensive travelling

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyses and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyses test results and recommends corrective actions. As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilised during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience. Testing experience in any of the HCM Enterprise / ERP Applications, specifically payroll products (Fusion / EBS / PeopleSoft /ADP ) would be highly desirable. Summary :- We are looking for a Senior Plating Engineer with strong technical expertise in surface treatment and plating operations. This role is responsible for driving process optimization, quality assurance, and innovation in plating technologies. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in process stability, troubleshooting, team mentoring, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Role & responsibilities : Lead and oversee plating processes including electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), electroless plating, and conversion coatings. Ensure process capability, repeatability, and compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Troubleshoot and resolve plating defects (e.g., discoloration, adhesion failure, uneven thickness) through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Optimize plating parameters to reduce cost, improve yield, and increase throughput without compromising on quality. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams during new product development (NPD) and process validation (PPAP). Monitor chemical baths, analyze bath composition, and ensure proper chemical maintenance using lab techniques (titration, Hull cell testing, etc.). Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control plans. Mentor and train junior engineers, operators, and technical staff on best practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders for process audits, equipment maintenance, and plating material procurement. Ensure environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance related to waste management, fume extraction, and chemical handling. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related technical field. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume plating or surface treatment environment. Strong knowledge of electroplating chemistry, surface cleaning/pre-treatment, and post-treatment. Familiar with SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone). Working knowledge of plating equipment, process automation, and lab instruments. Proficient in reading engineering drawings and interpreting surface finish and thickness specifications. Preferred candidate profile: Experience with automated plating lines and process data analytics. Exposure to corrosion resistance testing, salt spray chamber, and surface thickness analyzers.
