Corporate Sales Executive

You are a talented and experienced Senior Architect who will play a crucial role in leading project design efforts from conceptual through construction phases. Having a deep understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and project management is essential for this position. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing architectural projects, developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with consultants and team members, ensuring compliance with building codes, conducting site visits during construction, mentoring junior architects, managing project budgets and timelines, and collaborating with clients to understand project goals. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, a license as an architect is preferred, a minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare architecture and project management, proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a portfolio showcasing your previous project work and design abilities.
