Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound & outbound leads and handle outbound follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand prospect's professional goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Conduct program demos or counselling sessions when needed.
  • Drive program registrations by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up actions in the CRM system/ Google Sheets. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and communication.
  • Share feedback from prospects to improve sales scripts and marketing materials.
  • Attend sales meetings and contribute ideas for team success.
