Corporate Accounts & Finance Manager - Andheri ( Male ) For Hostels

Will work in Corporate Office In Andheri East . Will handle Accounts Team of Pan India

Pl. note this is Hostels not Hotels

1. Accounts Receivable Management: Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding amounts, and minimizing bad debts.

2. Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, and analysis of financial data.

3. Accounting Oversight: Supervise accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring that the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.

5. Team Management: Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. Accounting expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

2. Financial analysis skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management.

3. Leadership skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

4. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders.

5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and solve problems, ensuring that accounting and financial issues are resolved promptly.

Office Timings :-

10:00am to 7:00pm

6 days working. Sundays off

Salary max 60,000/-pm . Pl. dont apply if salary expectation on higher side.
