Implement caching strategies using frameworks like Redis to improve system responsiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with the L2 Support Team to educate them on new features, assist in patch releases, and resolve production issues. Manage a team of junior developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and providing regular performance feedback. Coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and other departments to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using Angular 14+ , .NET Core , C# , and SQL Server , with strong proficiency in Git and version control systems. Solid understanding of application performance optimization, secure coding practices, and adherence to information security guidelines. Familiarity with caching frameworks such as Redis, with the ability to implement caching strategies to enhance application performance. Proven experience leading and mentoring junior developers, with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with a team-oriented and proactive mindset.
