Lead the setup and commissioning of a 1,000 MT/month copper CCR plant. Manage all operations: melting, casting, rolling, quality, and dispatch . Coordinate with Southwire / Properzi / Chinese vendors for technology implementation. Develop SOPs, preventive maintenance plans, and HSE protocols. Monitor quality (ASTM B49 or equivalent), production output, and cost efficiency. Lead recruitment, training, and team management.
