As an ideal candidate for this position, you should hold a post-graduation degree in Education, Outdoor Education, Environmental Science, or a related field. Along with your academic qualifications, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating outdoor education or Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) programs within school settings. Prior experience working in an International Baccalaureate (IB) school is considered advantageous for this role. Your familiarity with the IB curriculum and educational framework will be beneficial in effectively carrying out the responsibilities associated with this position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing outdoor education programs, ensuring they align with the school's educational objectives and standards. Your expertise in this field will enable you to create engaging and educational experiences for students, fostering their personal and academic growth through outdoor learning opportunities. Overall, your background in education and outdoor programming, coupled with your experience in school settings, will be instrumental in successfully fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
