Description

We are seeking a skilled Control-M professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in job scheduling and automation, with hands-on experience in Control-M software. You will be responsible for monitoring job executions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing job workflows to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage job schedules using Control-M scheduling software.
Ensure timely execution of jobs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during processing.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize job workflows and improve performance.
Maintain documentation related to job schedules and processes.
Provide support for job recovery and ensure data integrity in case of failures.
Assist in the migration of job processes to new environments.

Skills and Qualifications

4-14 years of experience in job scheduling and automation tools, preferably Control-M.
Strong understanding of batch processing and job scheduling concepts.
Proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python.
Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and SQL queries.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
