job summary The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating inventory, rate cards, client contracts, planning updates, reporting, and operational support for advertising campaigns at the airport. The role also includes assisting the sales team with AMS-related issues and ensuring accuracy in all planning and display processes. key responsibilities Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, rate cards, client information, and contracts Generate weekly extracts of planning data in Excel Coordinate with the sales team to ensure contracts are updated and report discrepancies Cross-check AMS Planning with actual advertisement displays and report inconsistencies Support the sales team in resolving AMS issues Liaise with the software team for design/report updates Send weekly reports to Business Head and Planning & Yield Manager Coordinate with the operations team for campaign removal upon expiry Prepare installation reports and update inventory in coordination with operations Keep sales informed on changes in site codes, removals, or relocations Track and follow up on renewal ROs and inform sales about renewal dues Maintain print job records and verify client ROs for the same Report profit statements related to printing to management Follow up with suppliers for invoice submissions Provide weekly updates to sales, marketing, and operations on signed contracts/ROs Prepare weekly occupancy reports and update available/vacant site data Maintain zone-wise and site-wise revenue data Support Business Head with filing and reporting activities Obtain price approvals for all campaigns in required format and circulate to finance Validate vendor bills against agreement rates Provide coordination support for digital campaigns across teams
