Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Continental Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Continental cuisine, including pasta, salads, grills, steaks, sandwiches, soups, and starters. Must ensure high-quality food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and consistency in taste.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes like pasta, pizza, grilled chicken, steaks, soups, salads, and starters.
Ensure quality, taste, and proper presentation of all food items.
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new Continental dishes for the menu.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety standards.
Ensure timely preparation during busy hours and handle bulk orders.
Coordinate with team members for smooth kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.
Minimize wastage by proper stock rotation and storage.

Skills & Requirements

2-4 years of experience in a Continental or multi-cuisine restaurant.
Knowledge of Continental sauces, grills, salads, soups, pasta, sandwiches.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good understanding of food plating and presentation.
Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and FSSAI food safety standards.
Team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
