Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Build and own a content strategy aligned to business goals (traffic, MQLs, product adoption)
  • Lead content planning across the funnel: blogs, landing pages, case studies, email nurtures, and social
  • Lead a cross-functional editorial process with writers, designers, and PMMs to produce SEO-driven and sales-enablement content
  • Conduct topic and keyword research to identify SEO and user-intent opportunities
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and brand teams to shape narratives and messaging
  • Brief, manage, and edit internal/external writers and AI tools for consistent output
  • Build scalable systems: content calendars, CMS hygiene, interlinking frameworks, and analytics setup
  • Report on performance; continuously optimize content to improve KPIs

What We Expect from You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing or editorial strategy
  • A proven record of scaling traffic or content-led conversions
  • Understanding of content distribution via SEO, email, social, and influencers
  • You think in content clusters, topic authority, and strategic leverage not just word counts
