As a Full-Time Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy across various platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. Your primary tasks will include creating original, high-quality content including on-site content, videos, stories, and reels. Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and participating in online conversations is crucial. It is essential to research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure that the content remains relevant and engaging. Analyzing content performance through metrics and insights is necessary to make adjustments that improve reach and engagement. You will also be managing content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and timely content releases. Monitoring competitors and industry trends to generate creative ideas and strategies for content is part of the role. Implementing paid social media campaigns and assisting in influencer partnerships when applicable will also be expected. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator. Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, along with analytics tools, is required. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills are essential. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software is also necessary. Having knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement tactics is crucial. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Being creative, self-motivated, and passionate about staying ahead in the digital landscape will be beneficial. This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule and performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in content creation and social media marketing. The work location is in person.
