As a Senior Analyst, Technical, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with major players in the capital markets while leading a team that delivers exceptional operational services. The Customer Success division encompasses various organizations aligned towards the common goal of delivering the best customer experience through outstanding service for Nasdaq's expanding customer base. Your role as a Senior Analyst, Technical, will involve hands-on interaction with customers during system implementations, collaborating with customer project teams to meet user requirements, testing implementations, training users and customer developers, and ensuring the system meets technical specifications. You will also be responsible for system installation, configuration, and testing to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of relevant technical experience, preferably within the capital markets domain. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, along with technical skills in Java, Spring boot, containerization, GUI and server-side development, relational databases, SQL, and CI/CD tools, is essential. Experience in developing or implementing software for various asset classes in the capital markets industry and knowledge of front-to-back trading systems are highly valued.
