We are in need of 1 UI Developer for who will work offshore. This resource will be onboarded to develop the General cargo module of the VBS system. It is currently rolled out to Container Terminal and the system will need to have a customized module developed for General cargo operational requirements. Mandatory Skills: 5-8 years professional experience in UI\/UX development. you will be able to discuss in depth both the design and your significant contributions to one or more projects Strong experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS and comparable languages Experience working in an Agile\/Scrum environment and DevOps automation REST, HTML, JavaScript\/Typescript, Node, Angular, ReactJS, geolocation and mapping API Proficiency using Git version control. Proficiency using the command line. Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools Good knowledge in ADOBE XD for creating the prototypes

Operational Communication: Coordinate with operations regarding equipment breakdowns. Training Support: Guide trainee technicians in their daily activities.

Job Responsibilities: Provide top-class consultancy to support our clients in Container Terminal operations. Help build your and your company s client portfolio. Develop and implement strategies to optimize container terminal operations. Conduct thorough analyses of current terminal processes and identify areas for improvement. Evaluate and redesign terminal processes to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and minimize costs. Implement best practices and industry standards in terminal operations and workflow management. Assess and recommend technological solutions and tools to support terminal optimization, including automation systems and software platforms. Oversee the integration of new technologies and ensure they are aligned with operational goals. Collaborate with terminal management, staff, and other stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote the adoption of optimization strategies and tools. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of optimization initiatives. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on performance metrics, progress, and outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure that optimization practices comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence within the terminal. Implementing advanced modules like Expert Decking, Auto Stow Prime Route, ASC Scheduler, Horizontal Transport Scheduler, etc. Mentoring Terminal Control Room users in their daily tasks Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years of experience in Terminal Operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on Optimization. Experience in managing key client relationships & business consulting. Someone who can think out of the box and make recommendations that add value to our clients. Previous working experience in a project environment and having the ability to understand key milestones, risks & change management. Proven track record of successful optimization projects in a container terminal or similar environment. Experience with Terminal operating systems (TOS - Navis in particular) or other relevant software tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and optimization techniques. Ability to travel as required for site assessments and client engagements. A candidate with qualification as UG - Civil and PG - Marine Structures is MUST. Candidate should have structure design experience in marine sector, specifically in Jetty, Breakwater, Container Terminal etc. Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.
