Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - WFM Scheduler (Data Visualization with Insight Generation)



In this role, one must haveStrong analytical skills, forecasting experience, scheduling, monitoring, communication skills, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.





  • Ability to analyze data,identify trends, and draw conclusions.







  • Proficiency in WFM, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.







  • Relevant experience in BPO/ operations, WFM, or related fields.







  • Bachelor%27s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.







  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and reports





Responsibilities





  • Providing regular reports on Key Metrics and performance indicators (SLA/KPIs) to stakeholders







  • Publishing Monthly, yearly volumes, accuracy trending etc







  • Analyzing historical and current data and presenting meaningful/required insights to leadership







  • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management







  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively







  • Working with operations, HR, and other departments to align workforce management strategies with business goals







  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency







  • Building dashboards and charts to visualize data trends and patterns.









  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer service and satisfaction







  • Analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and productivity.





Minimum Qualifications / Skills





  • B.Sc./Technical graduate with relevant years of working experience as a real time analyst for a BPO/Corporate/organization







  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills







Preferred Qualifications/ Skills





  • B.Sc/B.Tech with Knowledge of WFM tools







  • Advance Excel knowledge







  • Good Analytical skills
