Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will lead the Infosys Delivery team to excel in Oracle EBS development, creating high-quality solutions and supporting our clients" digital transformation journeys. Your responsibilities will include spearheading project execution, mentoring junior team members, and promoting continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and technology innovation. By joining our dynamic team at the cutting edge of technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients" success. As a part of the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be on understanding customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, devising innovative solutions, and overseeing their deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be tasked with developing proposals, contributing to solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting solution demonstrations, workshops, and preparing effort estimates in alignment with customer budgetary constraints and organizational financial guidelines. You will take the lead on small projects, actively contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and strive to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. Your primary skills should include expertise in Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS Functional (specifically Oracle Sales), Oracle EBS Technical (JDeveloper), Oracle (PL/SQL), SAP Functional (SAP SCM SRM), and Workday (HCM Security). Furthermore, you should possess the ability to develop innovative strategies and models that drive client innovation, growth, and profitability, along with proficiency in software configuration management systems. It is essential to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively, understand financial processes and pricing models for projects, identify areas for process improvement, and offer suitable technology solutions. Having industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, and project and team management experience will be advantageous in this role.
