.Role Des</strong>criptionThis is a contractual assignment for an experienced higher / technical education leader. As a guide and change management Consultant, the role will be to benchmark existing engineering college of Hitkarini Sabha, located in Jabalpur with local, regional and national peers. Draft a 3 to 5 year plan to restructure the college to reach a higher level position at regional level.The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on restructuring initiatives, achievable targets, assist in recruiting top teaching talent, assist in establishing placement linkages iwth corporates, set up industry best practices , and guide the Governing Body of the college in related matters.Qualifications and ExperienceProven track record as leader in technical education fieldStrategic long term thinking and planningWide network and connections among technical educators and recruitersChange management
