Location: Hybrid home location and Guwahati

Role:

To provide advisory services for a Government organisation for organisation formation. evaluate options for creating a new organization and recommend an appropriate type of organization to be created. NISG shall also study and list the key elements and process to be followed for creating the organization. Assist in Bye laws, etc.

Responsibilities:

i. Identify the key requirements of the organization.

ii. Analyze candidate organizational models that best fit the HIUs needs suggesting the pros and cons.

iii. Recommend the best fit model for HIU.

iv. Prepare an elaborate and comprehensive list of processes and requirements for the creation of the proposed organization and subsequently assist in undertaking these processes for its establishment

Deliverable:

Organization model for client report with options proposed.

Prepare an elaborate and comprehensive list of processes and requirements for the creation of the proposed organization.

Qualification:

• Company Secretary or equivalent education
• Minimum 25 years of experience in senior positions
• Understanding of Government processes.
• Understanding of Companys Act, Registration of Company processes, understanding of Corporate byelaws

Other requirements:

• Knowledge of different options in organisation formation like PPP, SPV etc.
• Knowledge in different operating models
• Engage with senior leaders of organisations to build a collaborative approach.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
