Job Description

The role of BPM Japan Bilingual + Consultant + S&C GN at Accenture involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As part of the Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their operations with a positive impact on the business, society, and the planet. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. You will engage with clients, especially in the Supply Chain domain, to design solutions leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI & Intelligent Automation technologies that deliver real business value. Additionally, you will contribute to pre-sales activities, deliver presentations, and craft GenAI & AI solutions proposals for clients. To excel in this role, you are expected to have strong process transformation functional experience, problem-solving skills, and analytical abilities. You should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your role will involve creating thought leadership on GenAI & Intelligent Automation, developing tools and methodologies for practical application, and staying updated with technology and industry trends. Professional and technical skills required for this role include relevant experience in the domain, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have demonstrable experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, with a solid background in AI & Intelligent Automation on Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Experience with deploying Intelligent Automation solutions like UI path, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, ABBYY, etc., in the Supply Chain domain is preferred.
