Job Description

Experience in Tier 1 EPC company / MNC.
Exposure in IT building on a turnkey basis including services.
Knowledge of Costing & Budgeting is preferableDevelop detailed construction schedules and work plans.
Monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, change orders, site logs, etc.
Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
