Construction Manager E & I

The following responsibilities: (at Home Office): To review the contract documents, operating budgets and define approach to Construction; To co-operate in selecting Subcontractors and awarding subcontracts, checking the documents issued for Inquiry, ensuring that management specifications and subcontract schedule are prepared, preparing technical tabulations and indicating the order of preference for bids deemed technically acceptable. (at Site): As first responsible for HSE, he has to ensure the implementation at site of the Tecnimont Private Limited HSE policy, HSE management system and related performance, objectives and targets and overall in charge for all construction activities; To ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the project are available at site; To activate all organizational and logistic aspects of the Site; To ensure better management of camp facilities Staff and Workers and proper office space & infrastructure to execute the project, plan manpower/ equipment/ materials to meet the completion schedule requirements; To ensure for the Responsible of the Project, the construction and site management in compliance with time schedule, cost, quality and HSE; To manage the contract with Client according to the Project Coordinator guidelines Show more Show less
