Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
Act as liaison between consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Monitor progress against the construction program and update weekly/monthly reports.
Review and verify contractor method statements, shop drawings, and materials.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Chair site meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams (MEP, civil, interiors, etc.).
Manage site logistics, resource planning, and contractor coordination.
Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, or technical issues.
Support procurement processes and contractor evaluations as needed.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, permits, NCRs, and quality records.
Ensure adherence to Company's compliance and project governance frameworks.
