Role Objective

To expand the business footprint of My Nest Assets Pvt. Ltd. by identifying new construction and real estate opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through residential and commercial project conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Actively generate leads for construction and real estate projects (including individual villas, group housing, and turnkey developments).

Connect with potential clients—builders, plot owners, NRIs, investors—through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and follow-ups.

Promote My Nest’s quality construction promise, project offerings, and service capabilities.

Conduct client meetings and site presentations to showcase ongoing or upcoming projects.
