Job Description - Conference Producer A Conference Producer is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful conferences, seminars, and events. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, venues, and the event management team, to ensure the event runs smoothly and meets its objectives. Package: 2.4 lacs to 4 lacs per annum + Incentive based on performance. Experience – 0-2yr Job Location – Mumbai (Mira Road) Roles & Responsibilities: • Create event content, including session topics, speaker guidelines, and conference materials. • Approach Senior Industry Leaders for speaking opportunities. • Work closely with industry experts to secure engaging speakers and thought leaders for the event. • Research and identify industry trends to design relevant and compelling conference themes and agendas. • Develop detailed event plans and timelines, ensuring all activities are organized efficiently. • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each event and work towards achieving them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,105.57 - ₹40,000.00 per month
