Your responsibilities include executing orders for critical alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium, Hast Alloy, and exotic material pressure equipment as a Project Manager. You should have knowledge of relevant materials as per ASME codes and their source of suppliers, manufacturing, various QC testing, NDT techniques, and proficiency in MS-Project. Knowledge and working experience in ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred. Effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and knowledge of management systems are essential. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6-10 years of experience as a project coordinator or project engineer. Required skills include technical understanding, manufacturing methods, effective communication (verbal and written), documentation skills, and knowledge of commercial terms and conditions such as Incoterms and tax duties. Sr Manager/AGM & HoD(Safety) Sitapuram (Telangana) Assist plant management in creating a safe working environment by implementing Group safety guidelines and standards, and by ensuring compliance with all statutory safety requirements. 15+ years in Cement Industry Degree in Engineering or One-Year Full-Time Diploma in Safety (PDIS, ADIS) approved by the Directorate of Factories, Government of Telangana. Adequate proficiency in Telugu and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking). Communication, Presentation, Leadership, Safety Audit, Analytical Thinking, Networking, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Major Activities Create a safe working environment at the plant to achieve zero harm. Implement Group guidelines, standards, and cardinal norms at the plant. Prepare, review, and implement PTWs (Permit to Work), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and Risk Assessments. Track and monitor their implementation across the plant. Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HoDs) to implement the annual Health and Safety Action Plan within the stipulated timeframe. Conduct daily safety inspections of all plant sections, with special focus on non-routine activities, breakdowns, and shutdowns. Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and practices, and advise on corrective measures to address unsafe conditions and prevent unsafe actions. Conduct monthly safety inspections in critical areas along with the Plant Head and all HoDs. Record observations, assign responsibility, and set target dates for action. Review progress in the Monthly Plant Safety Committee Meeting. Identify and correct unsafe behaviors through daily safety inspections and conversations using the Global AID tool. Coordinate IMS (Integrated Management System) activities and ensure effective implementation at the site. Ensure effective implementation of the Group's Clean Site / Safe Site” initiative. Organize mock drills to assess emergency preparedness and rectify any deficiencies observed. Design and conduct suitable training and educational programs to prevent personal injuries. Conduct job-specific training programs for employees. Organize shop floor training sessions, monthly theme-based trainings, and workshops as per the Training Calendar, including sessions on Permit to Work (PTW) and Risk Assessment. Ensure effective safety displays such as posters, banners, informatory boards, safety pictures, etc., to promote safety awareness across the plant. In collaboration with concerned departments, organize safety campaigns, competitions, contests, and other engaging activities to foster and sustain workers’ interest in establishing and maintaining safe working conditions and procedures.
