As a Creative Director (Art), your main responsibility will be to think creatively and transform client briefs into high-impact visual ideas. As a Creative Director, you will also oversee a team of creative professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to encourage collaboration and maintain a creative environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or Applied Art and have a proven track record of conceptualizing and designing advertising campaigns for healthcare brands. Strong graphic design skills, creativity, the ability to communicate ideas effectively, and proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) are essential.
