We are looking for an artful Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design. Responsibilities Conceptual Development & Client Engagement: You'll kick off projects by delving into client needs, wishes, and project goals. This means developing compelling design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that capture the client's vision and secure their buy-in. Design & Documentation: This role involves creating detailed design plans, including layouts, 3D renderings, material selections, and specifications. You'll ensure all designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, safe, and code-compliant. Stakeholder Liaison & Project Management: You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Site Supervision & Quality Control: You'll regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, ensure design integrity, and address any on-site challenges. Quality control is key here, making sure the executed design matches the approved plans and meets our high standards. Business Development: Beyond design, you'll actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, network with potential clients, and help build our brand presence. This could involve preparing proposals, attending industry events, and contributing to marketing efforts.
