Key Responsibilities: Data entry and record maintenance in internal systems and software. Generate reports, billing, and invoices as per requirements. Monitor and manage daily system backups and file organization. Handle office documentation, scanning, and printing tasks. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth data flow and updates. Maintain confidentiality of all business and customer-related information. Assist in administrative duties and provide technical support to the team when needed. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry tools. Good typing speed with accuracy. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. Qualifications: Minimum: Plus 2 / Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any stream. Experience preferred in a similar role. Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.
