Role & responsibilities Will be responsible for handling HVAC , water treatment plant, compressed air, handling of bolier /chiller/air compressor & ETP and pharmaceutical machinery, repairs and maintenance. Handling BMS systems, handling PLCs and DQ, IQ and PQ. Keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting special services. Will be involved in handling all pharmaceutical machinery. Responsible for confirming system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods, testing finished product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication ,assembly, and installation processes. Responsible for keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations Develop processes by designing and modifying equipment as per the requirement and making sure the project is completed by training and guding technicians. Prepare reports by collecting, analizing and summarizing information and trends. Provide engineering information by answering questions and request. Maintain system and process data base by writing computer program and entering data Handle Autocad, Microsoft word , Power point & Excel Responsible for Attending educational workshop; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network; participating in professional socities. Prepare road map would be heading the engineering department. Responsible for any other assignment allocated by the department head.

Key Responsibilities: Basic Engineering: Develop PFDs and P&IDs for utility systems (O2, N2, AR, compressed air, steam, fuel gases). Perform pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations. Select and size equipment like compressors, boosters, dryers, air receivers, vessels, etc. Design dust extraction systems (Bag Filter, ESP, etc.). Detail Engineering: Prepare equipment GA drawings, piping layouts, BOQs, and procurement specs. Conduct stress analysis and provide piping load data for civil/structural teams. Generate construction drawings for piping. System Design & Review: Review structural/civil drawings linked to piping and equipment. Prepare technical specs for compressors, gas boosters, fuel gas mixing stations, DE systems, etc. Procurement Support: Conduct technical and techno-commercial bid evaluations. Prepare comparative statements and recommendations. Coordination: Attend meetings with clients and vendors. Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in basic & detail engineering of piping and utility systems . Knowledge of dust extraction systems , gas handling , and compressed air systems . Steel plant project experience preferred. Software Competencies AUTOCAD, CAESAR2 (PREFERRABLE), experience in 3D environments.

Job Summary: The Plumbing Lead Design Engineer will be a part of an integrated, multi-discipline team and involved in Plumbing system design, detailed engineering for US Projects. The industries desirable are Advanced Technologies, Life Science, Pharma and Food or Beverage design. Experience: 12-20 Years of Experience in plumbing design. Requirements: Good understanding & Application of IPC, UPC, US Building Plumbing codes & other relevant standards. Must have knowledge on US Plumbing design codes & standards. Must have worked on plumbing systems of US projects or Industrial Projects. Fire Fighting system design knowledge on including sprinkler, hydrants (internal & external), water curtain, plant rooms and water tanks, fire extinguishers, gas suppression system, signages as per relevant standards and applicable local & international codes. Design knowledge of gas supply systems will be an added advantage. Knowledge of the HVAC system will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel). Relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector/Life sciences are preferable. Engineering/ design experience in plumbing, fire protection systems Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels. Experience using REVIT in a BIM environment will be an added advantage . Excellent English level - written and spoken. Responsibilities: Organize, assign, and delegate necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers. Manage scope, budget, and schedule to meet project goals. Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, architectural and process to develop designs. Independently lead plant design activities as an area/system leader and coordinate with multi-discipline designers. Perform Internal plumbing system include domestic cold & hot water supply, soil, waste & venting, rainwater down takes & disposal systems based on rainfall intensity, basement drainage, subsoil drainage. Hydraulic design calculation for water supply, sewerage, and storm water system through excel sheet. The knowledge of relevant software performing the above calculations shall be preferred and given advantages including Auto CAD, Revit, BIM 360, plumbing software, SprinkCALC etc. Perform quality review checks for 2D/3D modelling. Hot water system including Hot water generator, Domestic Steam boiler and heat pump etc. & relevant design calculations as per standards & applicable code. Effective Communication with client leads in understanding & delivering the scope of work on timely manner with utmost quality. Develops designer effort-hour estimates for plumbing system. Exercise judgment in developing plans or alternatives and work with teams to assure quality plans. Provide guidance and mentoring to project engineers and designers on a project-by-project basis. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and will work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of plant utilities including HVAC, compressed air, boilers chillers cooling towers water treatment and effluent treatment system Troubleshoot and resolve complex utility and substation issue with minimal downtime Required Candidate profile Ensure uninterrupted operation and maintenance of electrical substations (11kV/33kV/66kV), transformers, HT/LT panels, and related electrical infrastructure.
