As an Associate - Claims at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will be responsible for all Processing level delivery & performance as per set SLA parameters. Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Operations, you must have a deep understanding of business delivery, metrics, and leadership. Your role will involve briefing and delivering all in-house process requirements, as well as coordinating with onshore partners when necessary. Your responsibilities will include processing/adjusting claims submitted by members/providers, conducting research to resolve claim-related issues, evaluating discrepancies, making decisions based on received information, and collaborating with SME/OE to identify process gaps and simplify procedures. Meet with new patients, perform intake procedures including a detailed history; Perform posture screening; Examine, assess and treat various musculoskeletal conditions according to scope and skill; Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients; Ability to convert patients onto treatment plans and/or rehabilitation programmes; Communicate & coordinate with Chiropractors co-treating patient to ensure a consistent level of care; Exercise independent judgement based on experience to implement effective treatment combinations; Evaluate and report on patients progress; Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for each patient that is assessed and treated; Participate in all Atlas activities, whether internally or externally organized. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy Must have a minimum of one year work experience Remuneration A base salary of 25-35k CTC per month plus revenue-based incentives.
