Your expertise in software architecture, cloud services, mobile and web development, and security solutions will be crucial in architecting scalable, robust, and secure software systems. With at least 15 years of experience in the tech industry, specifically in the security and mobile device management sector, you will guide the technical team in implementing new features, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables will be essential, as well as driving innovation within the team by staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in the security and mobile device management industry, software architecture, and cloud services, particularly with AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM. Your programming skills should include strong proficiency in developing high-concurrency applications with Golang, expertise in building scalable server-side applications with Node.js & NestJS, and advanced skills in React.js for web development. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with 10+ years of relevant industry experience. You should have a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale projects, excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, strong communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in back-end web development, object-oriented programming, and leadership and mentoring abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a startup environment, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields.
