Job Description

Regulatory Compliance

Monitor and ensure full compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, AML/KYC, and other applicable regulations.
Keep abreast of circulars, changes, and updates from regulatory authorities and disseminate critical changes to relevant departments.
Manage and update internal compliance manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Audit & Reporting

Prepare and file periodic compliance reports to SEBI, stock exchanges, and other regulators.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulators during inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
