We are seeking a highly skilled senior civil engineer to oversee our construction projects. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary construction teams and conduct inspections on project sites. Your responsibilities will include managing, planning, and executing various stages of civil engineering projects. You will also assess the impact and feasibility of new construction sites, from preliminary layouts to final engineering designs. As the senior civil engineer, you will survey new construction sites, evaluate existing structures for upgrades, and provide recommendations for improvements to computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings and schematics. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating work schedules, allocating resources, and supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors. Your role will involve ensuring that all civil engineering projects are completed within the specified time frame and budget. Furthermore, you will be tasked with inspecting completed projects to ensure compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards. It will be essential to document processes and deliver project progress updates to senior managers and clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided, health insurance, and a provident fund. The work schedule will be during the day with availability on weekends. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the compensation package. The ideal candidate should be willing to commute or relocate to Anand, Gujarat.
