Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of security experience, including 3+ years specifically in a security architecture role. Hands-on experience with securing microservice and serverless architectures, especially on AWS (ECS/ECR, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, Secrets Manager, S3, IAM). In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, HITRUST, SOC). Proficiency in authentication protocols such as LDAP, SAML, and OAuth. Scripting or coding experience in Python, PowerShell, Java/JavaScript, or Node.js. Preferences Certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect, Security Specialty), Azure (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500), or other major cloud providers. Prior experience in networking and firewalling. Exposure to cloud security posture management, identity & access management, and endpoint/server protection. Familiarity with secure design practices and threat modeling techniques. Experience conducting security code reviews and authoring security automation scripts.

Role profile Role title : Circle Head - Regulatory Affairs & Nodal operations Function: Regulatory Affairs & Nodal Band: M3 GM Department: External Affairs Reports to: Cluster Head - Corporate affairs, Regulatory and Nodal (CRN) Location: Circle HO Role purpose: To bridge the connect between the external environment ( TERM Cell/TRAI/ Designated LEAs ) and the organization in the region, building and maintain relationships Initiate and implement Circle/Corporate level coordination for regulatory/ Nodal compliance understanding and implementation. Minimise the CAF penalties/EMF Penalties resulting in contribution to minimal outflow of circle revenue / Ground Handling of Regulatory Litigation. To support the circle in achieving its objective & manage organizational reputation in public domain by e nsuring implementation of the relevant policy framework issued by DoT in a structured manner in the circle. Provide continuous support to designated LEAs for data disclosures by ensuring timelines as per DOT guidelines & SoP and adhere to confidentiality and privacy of information. Partnering with Business by way of Creating a compliance framework for the circle and provide inputs/clarification to the circle teams on all developments in the regulatory environment besides, raising critical non-compliances observed in the circle. Act as a Subject Matter expert in advising and guiding the circle teams and corporate functional teams by way of drafting replies/appeals before Regulatory authorities challenging Show Cause notices/demands raised by regulators including handling regulatory litigations before TDSAT or any other courts of law. Act as a Repository of all corresponding documents/records for future reference to safeguard organization's interest at any point of time. Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]: Should have more than 7 years of experience of managing Regulatory affairs independently in a large organisation. Must have thorough understanding about business and regulations related to Industry High on relationship building with Senior Government Officials. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
