This is not a traditional sales role. As a Sales Professional at ShelfPerks, you will be responsible for owning the complete customer journey from initial prospecting through long-term account growth. Your role will involve a combination of sales development, presales expertise, deal closure, and account management in one integrated position, allowing you to build deeper customer relationships and drive higher value outcomes than traditional segmented sales teams. Your responsibilities will include: Sales Development & Prospecting: - Researching and identifying enterprise retail chains, large-format stores, and technology companies - Executing strategic multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads - Conducting discovery calls to assess fit for ShelfPerks XL and consulting services - Maintaining CRM hygiene and gathering competitive market intelligence Presales & Solution Design: - Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presenting enterprise features - Collaborating with prospects to understand challenges and map solutions - Coordinating trial implementations and creating tailored technical proposals Sales Closure & Negotiation: - Leading contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and deal structuring - Navigating complex enterprise buying processes with multiple stakeholders - Addressing objections regarding implementation, integration, and ROI - Accelerating deals through the pipeline within target timeframes Account Management & Growth: - Ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption across client operations - Identifying expansion opportunities for additional locations, features, or consulting services - Proactively managing contract renewals and promoting engineering consulting services Required Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with enterprise accounts ($50,000+ ACV) - Demonstrated track record managing complete sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) - Excellent English language communication skills for global market engagement - Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions to diverse audiences - Comfortable presenting demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Flexibility to work across multiple time zones for prospect meetings - Self-motivated with demonstrated time management capabilities - Proven experience building relationships in virtual environments - Proficiency with video conferencing and collaboration tools - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: - Enterprise B2B sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals - Background selling professional services or engineering consulting - Multi-product sales experience (software and services) - Experience in competitive SaaS markets Performance Expectations: - Generate 25+ qualified leads per month - Achieve 25% demo-to-close conversion rate - Maintain 60-90 day average sales cycle for enterprise deals - Secure $150,000+ average annual contract value for ShelfPerks XL Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary with competitive commission structure - Direct influence on product roadmap through customer feedback Join ShelfPerks in their mission to redefine retail and commerce experiences on a global scale.
