Representing Patvin Engineering in a positive and professional manner, you will engage in meaningful discussions with prospective candidates about their career goals and align them with the growth paths available within our organization. Conducting detailed screenings and evaluations, you will assess candidates" technical capabilities and cultural fit while maintaining accurate candidate records and generating timely reports for internal analysis.
