We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, or Business. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. Job Requirements Proven experience in branch management or a related field. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including mortgages and inclusive banking. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
