Relevant Skills : Excellent command over Written English (both language & grammar) Job Responsiblities : Support the management by creating overall communications/event calendar and related materials for enhancing visibility of organization s works. Create and edit high-quality communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, project briefs, human interest stories, and blogs in close coordination with the research team. Assist research teams in converting project outputs into publishable knowledge products (e.g., infographic factsheets, success stories, policy briefs, thematic reports). Draft content for social media posts and manage project specific social media accounts. Enrich website content and ensure regular updates on the same. Help in preparing communication material for client presentations, meetings, and conferences. Eligibility : PG in Mass Communication / Marketing / Journalism, etc. Excellent writing skills (to be adjudged through an English Writing Test) with good verbal communication. Having analytical orientation with excellent copywriting and editing skills Craft compelling content in English and Hindi for various communication media and tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and willingness to collaborate with design teams. Experience in managing digital communication tools and social media platforms. Rs. 5.04 lakh per annum Appointment : This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis for a period of 1 year.
