Roles and Responsibilities: You'll be a key part of our legal and compliance team, making sure our company runs smoothly and follows all government rules. Organize Meetings: Get everything ready for our company meetings (Board meetings, committee meetings, and big meetings for all shareholders). This includes sending out notices, preparing what we'll talk about, writing down what happened, and keeping track of decisions. Handle Paperwork & Filings: Make sure we send all the necessary documents to government offices like the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on time. You'll also keep our official company books and lists updated. Stay Updated on Rules: Keep an eye on any new laws or rules that might affect our company and let our top leaders know about them. Support Fundraising: Help out when the company needs to raise money (like through selling shares, commercial papers, non-convertible debentures, or external commercial borrowings). This means working with outside experts who help us with these processes. What we're looking for: You must be a Graduate . You must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) . You should be very organized and pay close attention to details. Good at communicating clearly, both in writing and speaking.
