Job Description

Job Summary:
A Commission Sales Associate is responsible for engaging customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. Their compensation is typically tied to performance, meaning the more they sell, the more they earn.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
Diploma/ BE in EEE
knowledge about Control & reply panel, switchgears, power system protection reply / meters
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹268,640.11 - ₹500,000.00 per year
