Job Description

Food Preparation & Cooking

Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking (chopping, peeling, cleaning, marinating).
Follow recipe standards and chef instructions precisely.
Cook basic items under supervision (e.g., sauces, rice, vegetables, breakfast items).
Support plating and garnishing as guided.

Kitchen Hygiene & Safety

Ensure workstation and utensils are clean and sanitized.
Follow HACCP and food safety standards at all times.
Maintain personal hygiene and wear proper uniform/grooming.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness.

Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with other kitchen staff and chefs to ensure timely food service.
Respond positively to feedback and take initiative to learn.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials as per standards.

Inventory & Equipment Handling

Use kitchen equipment safely (grinder, oven, fryer, etc.).
Alert senior chefs about equipment issues or shortage of ingredients.
Minimize food waste through proper portioning and storage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
