We are hiring a skilled Commi I with expertise in both Indian and Chinese cuisine . The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain high food quality standards, and work well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook Indian and Chinese dishes as per the menu and guest preferences Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Follow standard recipes and resort-specific plating guidelines Help in inventory control and reducing food wastage Requirements: Proven experience as Commi I or Commi II with strong skills in Indian and Chinese cooking Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure Team player with a positive attitude Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays Call Employer: 8075855587 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mananthavady, Wayanad - 670645, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Commi: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
