Description
As a Commercial Sales Manager at Siemens Gamesa in Mamandur, Tamil Nadu, your day will begin by collaborating with your team to develop top-quality sales proposals. You will conduct detailed analyses of commercial tasks and optimize processes. By working closely with various departments, you will drive the flawless execution of sales strategies that support the company's mission for balanced energy. You will be responsible for managing controlling, reporting, and commercial tasks in sales areas to ensure effective and profitable business operations. Guiding ongoing comparisons of objectives and achievements to drive consistent actions aimed at meeting business targets will be a key part of your role. Coordinating and prioritizing all financial and commercial activities within sales and bidding processes will also be essential. Your success will be measured by your ability to implement optimization processes to improve efficiency and meet safety requirements. Additionally, ensuring the complete and timely preparation of all necessary financial/commercial documents for sales and bidding, as well as reviewing and approving bids for compliance with business or local entity responsibilities, will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in contract review, negotiation with customers, and understanding contract structures & commercial clauses (10-15 years). A degree in Engineering with a Law Degree or equivalent experience as a qualified lawyer is preferred. Outstanding knowledge of operations & maintenance services, particularly within the Wind Industry, will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills are required to prepare presentations and decision memos for management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential to lead and guide technical partners in commercial and financial matters.
