We have requirement of Commercial Executive who should have a knowledge fo RERA registration Location: Raipur CG Experience: 2 to 4 Years Salary: 20000/- to 25000/- PM Skills: Good Communication, RERA registration Documentation Job Duties in Brief Gathering and preparing all necessary documents for project registration and compliance with RERA regulations, including land title documents, approved building plans, financial statements, and other relevant documents Maintaining and updating the RERA portal with required information, including project details, progress updates, and compliance disclosures. Conducting legal research on real estate laws and regulations to understand and apply them to project documentation. Assisting in tracking real estate project timelines and providing status updates Communicating with internal teams, external consultants, and RERA authorities to address compliance queries and ensure timely submissions Ensuring that all required documents for project registration are submitted to the RERA portal. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: RERA Documentation : 2 years (Preferred) Legal Documentation : 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
