You will collaborate with textile and printing teams to ensure seamless execution of designs, create sketches and prototypes, and work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain quality standards. Additionally, staying updated on emerging textile technologies and sustainable fashion trends will be essential. In your capacity as a Fashion Designer, you will plan and create new designs in alignment with the brand's philosophy and market trends. You will set guidelines for design ranges, coordinate with various departments for sample making and production, and provide creative direction for different seasons. Your role will also involve driving innovation by ensuring seasonal freshness of collections and encouraging unconventional thinking for new products and processes. Furthermore, you will conduct market research to analyze current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for fashion forecasting.
