Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collections Executive to join our team in Madurai, Thiruparankundram, and J Grades. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in collections. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the collection process for timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Conduct field visits to monitor and control delinquent accounts.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking and financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Experience as a Collection Executive or similar role is preferred.
