Job Description

Ensure that the number of client visits done are as per SLA

Visit inactive and dormant clients and convert them into active by highlighting policy benefits

Ensure collections targets are met as per SLA

Ensure all documents are collected within a TAT of three days post notification to ensure that transactions can be correctly booked in the Wealth Maker
