We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cold Storage and Dispatch In-Charge to oversee the storage, inventory management, and dispatch operations of our frozen chicken products. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are stored, handled, and dispatched in compliance with safety standards and company policies, maintaining the integrity of our cold chain and ensuring timely delivery to our customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the cold storage facilities, ensuring optimal storage conditions for frozen chicken products.
• Monitor temperature controls, humidity levels, and hygiene standards within the cold storage area to maintain product quality and safety.
• Supervise inventory management, including stock rotation (FIFO), stock verification, and accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient dispatch of products.
• Plan and organize dispatch schedules to meet delivery deadlines while minimizing delays.
• Ensure proper documentation for all outgoing shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and compliance records.
• Implement safety and hygiene protocols in the cold storage and dispatch areas to comply with food safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of storage facilities and transportation vehicles to maintain quality standards.
• Train and supervise staff involved in storage, handling, and dispatch activities.
• Address and resolve any issues related to storage conditions, inventory discrepancies, or dispatch delays promptly.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies related to food safety, cold chain management, and logistics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in cold storage management, logistics, or dispatch within the food industry, preferably frozen foods.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain management, temperature control, and safety standards.
• Ability to handle inventory management software and documentation accurately.
• Good communication and team leadership skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local transportation and logistics networks in Greater Noida.

Education

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Technology, or relevant field is preferred.
