As an experienced SAP FICO professional with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Financial (FI) and Management (CO) Accounting Module. Your role will involve working onsite in Pune and collaborating with industry-leading clients in the manufacturing and service sectors. You will be expected to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate system solutions. Additionally, you will design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules, acting as a liaison between business functions and technical teams. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you lead business process workshops, design processes, write specifications, configure systems, test functionalities, and train business users. You will also be required to identify gaps, issues, and propose solutions, handle emergency transports for high priority issues, and document functional designs and test results. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects, you should possess a good understanding of manufacturing business processes related to Financial and Management Accounting. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, integration points with other SAP modules, and FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps is essential. Your ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a team environment is crucial. Strong communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, and a results-oriented mindset are key attributes for this role. Additionally, certifications in SAP S/4 HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting are preferred. A degree in Finance (MBA, M.Com, CA, CPA, or equivalent) is required for this position, along with a proactive attitude towards learning and collaborating with domestic and international clients. Experience in Professional Services or Distribution companies, as well as knowledge of SAP FSCM, SAC, Group Reporting, and third-party tool interfaces, will be advantageous. Your understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, along with your willingness to contribute as a team player, will be highly valued in this role.,
