As an Electrical Design Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic projects. You should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with a background in working with Building Services. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed technical construction drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure that installations meet standards, codes, and customer requirements. You will utilize computer-assisted engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Dialux for this purpose. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of Codes including NYC Building Code, International Codes, Electrical Code, Energy Code, NFPA Standards, ASHRAE Standards, among others. You will need to review design concepts, calculations, and drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements. Furthermore, you will be required to review engineering submittals, shop drawings, and construction administration procedures to facilitate timely project completion. Additionally, you will develop training modules, calculation procedures, and other tools to enhance the performance of junior engineers and ensure adherence to standards. Effective communication skills are crucial as you will collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure project delivery according to schedule and specifications. You will also be involved in cost estimation, Bill of Materials development, and basic MEP coordination. Ideally, experience with international projects and team handling skills are desirable for this role. The position is based in Pune.,
